Job Description:

This role involves working under the supervision of a preceptor and/or charge person during the orientation period, delivering high-quality care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures and protocols. Responsibilities include assessing the patient's physical condition and age-specific needs, ensuring patient education on procedure performed, needs, safety, and comfort are met while in their care, and acquiring patient clinical history and assuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures and protocols.
  • Assess the patient's physical condition and age-specific needs.
  • Ensure patient education on procedure performed, needs, safety, and comfort are met while in their care.
  • Acquire patient clinical history and assure accurate documentation.
Requirements:
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) certification
  • CRT or RRT certification
  • Associate degree from an accredited radiography program
