Customer Service Representative

Howard Air is a family-owned and operated business that has been providing heating and cooling services to the people of Phoenix for over 40 years. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our expanding team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in reporting, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and tracking sales performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and company, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive and productive line of communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated core customer service skills, always exhibiting customer-oriented decisions.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage others.
  • Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Quality phone presence.
  • Strives for organizational excellence.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Scale: $24.00/hr DOE
