We're Looking for a Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Production team as a Production Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to discuss project requirements and timelines.
  • Assist with recording sessions in-person or remotely via video conference.
  • Edit audio files using editing software such as Audition.
  • Maintain accurate records of production tasks, client communications, and project progress.
  • Research and gather information to support production tasks.
  • Collate data and prepare statistical reports.
  • Perform day-to-day business administration tasks, including office maintenance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in audio production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a working knowledge of editing software, such as Audition, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
