- Manage inventory, handle cash transactions, deliver outstanding customer service, forecast sales, and schedule team shifts effectively.
- Achieve financial goals by managing sales, inventory, and labor efficiently.
- Uphold product, service, and brand image standards on a daily basis.
- Commit to a work schedule of 40 hours or more each week.

- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering high-quality products.
- Experience in training team members in service excellence and product knowledge.
- Must obtain food safety certification as required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 25 pounds.
