About the Role:

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Financial Advisors Team in providing exceptional client service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Financial Advisors Team in establishing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate account set up, money movement, and investment trades.
  • Providing top-notch customer service, processing client requests, solving inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date client information and documentation.
  • Performing administrative duties to support the Financial Advisors in their daily business activities, including preparing reports and paperwork.
  • Collaborating with middle and back-office colleagues to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in technical applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Series 7 license at the time of hire or willingness to obtain it.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion and high ethical standards.
