KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct daily operations of Agilent ICP-MS and associated apparatus
Examine samples and related quality control specimens utilizing gas chromatography/mass spectrometry
Evaluate and document corresponding results
Ensure maintenance, optimization, and calibration of equipment
Support the organization of relevant departmental tasks
Adhere to all quality assurance and quality control protocols relevant to the organizational/technical role
Oversee data package documentation; maintain logbooks
Perform routine maintenance on instruments to uphold quality standards
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
Follow all Health and Safety Regulations
Adhere to the Employee Handbook
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient computer, scientific, and organizational abilities
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a keen attention to detail
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating self-motivation, flexibility, and a positive demeanor
Ability to acquire new techniques, manage multiple tasks concurrently, maintain accurate records, follow directives, and adhere to company policies
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Geology, Biology, or Chemistry with a minimum of 1 year of experience with PCB's
Experience with pesticides, residue detection, environmental analysis, or organic preparation is advantageous
Eligibility to work in the United States indefinitely without limitations or sponsorship
