Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Structure Specialist to join our team at InProduction. As a key member of our Structures Department, you will be responsible for managing the installation and dismantling of large temporary structures, including double-decker tents and mezzanines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in planning, inventory management, logistics, and project management, with a background in construction or equipment rental. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. PMP certification is also a plus.

This role requires frequent travel, so you must possess a valid driver's license and meet requirements to operate company vehicles. You will work closely with our Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation and dismantling of large temporary structures
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and provide technical guidance
- Ensure all rental equipment is scheduled and returned on time
