Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Alexandria/Arlington, VA area. As an on-call RN, you will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor client conditions and report any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document client information and care provided using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in VA
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams
