About the Role:

As a Brand Ambassador for Service Champions, you will be the public face of our company, representing our values, services, and quality standards at community events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our plumbing services and build relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the Brand: Act as the public face of Service Champions, representing our values, services, and quality standards at community events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Represent at Events: Research, plan, execute, and attend appropriate local or community events to ensure our brand is well-represented and remembered.
  • Engage with the Community: Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations to promote our plumbing services.
  • Distribute Marketing Materials: Hand out brochures, business cards, and other promotional materials in targeted areas to increase brand visibility.
  • Educate Potential Customers: Explain the benefits of our services to potential customers, answer questions, and address concerns to generate leads.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in the company's social media platforms by posting updates, responding to comments, and sharing content related to our services.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams to help improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with a diverse range of people in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Outgoing Personality: Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident when interacting with the public.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing Industry: A basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing services is an asset, but training will be provided.
  • Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations while representing the brand.
  • Self-motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, carry marketing materials, and attend outdoor events.
