About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Utilization Review Professional to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. This role is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of patient admissions to ensure medical necessity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive admission reviews to determine medical necessity and justify treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective UM processes and policies
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
Requirements
  • Washington State Registered Nurse License
  • 3 years of experience in nursing or related field
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in utilization review, care management, quality management, or discharge planning
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $$64,144 - $130,288 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and more.
