About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and administering medications.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Accurately document patient health information and progress.
  • Provide essential patient care services, including wound care and dressing changes.
  • Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and treatment options.
Requirements:
  • A valid LPN license in the United States.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ongoing BLS certification required.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
