As a Senior Program Analyst at QinetiQ US, you will provide leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and effective management of current and emerging Research, Development, and Technology projects.

You will help identify critical warfighter needs, initiate new projects, and provide program management and technical expertise in project execution to deliver impactful capability to the warfighter quickly.

The Senior Program Analyst System Engineering, Technical, and Administrative (SETA) will guide and support multiple programs through development and expansion into additional mission sets.

Responsibilities include program management, engagement with Program Executive Office (PEO) and Combatant Command (COCOM) partners, and providing routine administrative support to a RDT&E Program Manager.

You will guide acquisition management of current and future OSD/SCO projects, including total cost, schedule, and performance, and coordinate Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) with SCO and service contracting and financial analysts.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Science, and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and/or other equivalent program management tools.

Travel up to 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations is required, and experience in Special Access Programs (SAPs) is highly desired.
