Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients thoroughly and efficiently, including appropriate tests and measurements.
  • Set functional, realistic, and measurable goals, and ensure patients demonstrate consistent achievement of those goals.
  • Design a functional treatment plan that incorporates applicable reimbursement issues and reflects prescribed therapy.
  • Re-evaluate and discharge patients within appropriate time frames.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy is required.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida is required.
