**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children to enhance their physical well-being, improve mobility, and support overall development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs and develop individualized plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address students' challenges, improve motor skills, and enhance overall functional abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and school staff regarding students' progress, treatment plans, and recommendations.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid FL state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a school-based environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting their physical well-being.
