Estimator/Cost Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Cost Analyst to join our team at The Boyd Group. As an Estimator/Cost Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers' experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and documenting necessary repairs and parts replacement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess vehicle damage and document necessary repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal
  • Ensure compliance with all company operating procedures regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
  • Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
  • Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings
  • Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager
  • Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to complete I-CAR training
