Job Summary

The Paper Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class service to customers, ensuring a unique and memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales goals by building and inspiring high-performing teams, managing payroll, and executing visual presentation standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Champion new product launches, maintain awareness of current promotions, and ensure accurate processing at the point of sale.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail, preferably in a leadership role.
