Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Consultant to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales activities in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to DARCARS' approach to selling.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of brands and products, including features, specifications, pricing, options, and standard equipment.
  • Utilize online digital retailing selling tools to effectively demonstrate vehicles and provide customers with a seamless buying experience.
  • Work closely with the finance team to obtain financing for customers, as needed.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in required brand and DARCARS training to stay up-to-date on products and sales techniques.
  • Meet personal income goals, consistent with DARCARS standards, and develop strategies to consistently meet those goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and DARCARS employees.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable safe driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
