About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Hornbacher's. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for consistently meeting assigned daily production requirements and ensuring that meat preparation is consistently in accordance with food safety standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet daily production requirements and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Prepare and package meat products for sale, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Operate meat cutting equipment and tools, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on meat products
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous retail or meat industry experience preferred
