Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Meat Cutter Apprentice to join our team at Family Fare. As a Meat Cutter Apprentice, you will be responsible for cutting meat and preparing related products in accordance with company and department standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop skills in cutting meat and preparing related products in a variety of sizes, qualities, and trims.
  • Work under the direction of a meat cutter as part of the Meat Apprentice Program.
  • Assist with meat clerking duties.
  • Complete all other duties assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and take direction.
