Job Summary:

Bashor Children's Home is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the mental health needs of children and provide crisis intervention services.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support the emotional and psychological well-being of residents.
  • Work closely with social workers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to care.
  • Balance direct services with administrative responsibilities, including meetings and documentation.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, with licensure eligibility.
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school youth, particularly those with behavioral and mental health concerns.
  • Exceptional understanding of Evidence-Based Practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring flexibility, including some evening and weekend hours.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is $49,320.00 per year.
