Loss Control Inspector

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Control Inspector to join our team at InsurSolv, LLC. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential hazards and risks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
- Document and report on unusual hazards and recommendations associated with each property.
- Provide detailed reports to our clients, summarizing the observable hazards associated with each risk.
- Be an energetic and analytical individual capable of completing a high volume of insurance inspections.
- Have solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Be self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to manage an aggressive workload and prioritize inspections efficiently.
- A Microsoft Windows-based PC with Windows 10.
- Google Chrome or Edge, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Broadband internet connection.
- Digital camera or smartphone capable of interfacing with your PC.
- Color inkjet or laser printer.
- Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A measuring wheel, monopod, and a clipboard.
