Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Rosemead. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms to our hotel's high standards, including making beds, vacuuming, mopping, restocking toiletries, and washing and ironing sheets.
  • Lost and Found Management: Track and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of common spaces, including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby.
  • Guest Services: Answer general questions from guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Cleaning Experience: Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.
  • Professional Experience: Over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper is strongly desired.
  • Work Ethic and Skills: Possesses a strong work ethic, with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Education: Graduated high school, received G.E.D, or equivalent.
