Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeper to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Rosemead. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their rooms are clean and well-maintained.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to our hotel's high standards, including making beds, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking toiletries.
• Perform laundry, ironing, and other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces, such as hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby.
• Answer general questions from guests and provide excellent customer service.

• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.
• Over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper is strongly desired.
• Possesses a strong work ethic, excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
