Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully reviewing all shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders, to confirm their correctness and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Utilizing tracking systems to monitor shipment progress, ensuring timelines are met while swiftly addressing any delays or issues that arise.
  • Managing shipping and distribution-related expenses, along with preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Issuing purchase orders for all outgoing shipments.
  • As the company grows, additional tasks and responsibilities will be assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures, freight operations, and relevant documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

· A combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.

· At least one year of experience in a dynamic logistics role.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
