Key Responsibilities- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the safety of employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitoring and Surveillance: Monitor security access control systems, alarm systems, CCTV, and other control programs and systems to protect Molson Coors employees and assets.
- Event Monitoring: Monitor local and global events that may impact Molson Coors operations and employees, and take necessary actions to ensure business continuity.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with emergency responders, security personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective response to security incidents.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations, and provide regular reports to management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a security operations center or a related field, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant security certifications, such as a security operations center certification, is an asset.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $71,900.
