Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Associate to support various production operations at our Oakdale, PA facility.

This role is ideal for individuals with basic knowledge of production tasks and a strong work ethic. As a member of our team, you will work closely under senior supervision to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspections of paper bags for quality, checking for defects and ensuring they meet work order specifications.
  • Stack finished bags and maintain productivity goals.
  • Conduct quality checks on products during production and perform regular housekeeping duties.
  • Retrieve and label materials and finished pallets.
  • Load and unload trucks and handle scrap materials, rework, and reclaim as directed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (8-12 hours), including weekends and overtime.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs (assistance for heavier loads).
  • Standing, kneeling, and repetitive movements.
  • High School Diploma/GED; strong communication skills.
