Job Title: Registered Nurse Psychiatric

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Psychiatric to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, ongoing position with a 32-hour workweek, working 8-hour night shifts. As a Registered Nurse Psychiatric, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with psychiatric needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
