Job Title: Registered Nurse - Psychiatric

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Dover, Massachusetts. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated RN to work in our Psychiatric Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychiatric nursing and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the development of our unit's nursing practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
