We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Belterra Casino Resort. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrees, sides, and desserts, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
- Stay up-to-date with menu changes and specials, and ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the menu specifications.
- Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
