  • Master the operation of all deli equipment, including slicers, fryers, rotisseries, heat lamps, and ovens, ensuring safe and efficient use in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, seasonal specials, and new product launches. Effectively communicate these offerings to your team and customers, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with store management to prepare the department budget, analyze profit and loss reports, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure accurate pricing by updating shelf tags and promotional signage promptly. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing display of products.
  • Promote a culture of safety within your department, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
