We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente's West Los Angeles Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve established goals.
- Perform clinical testing and administer modalities and exercise programs as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist License (California) or Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California).
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- National Provider Identifier.
