We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Paulseth & Associates Physical Therapy. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our team of experienced physical therapists and medical professionals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical record system.
- Exercise professional judgment to select and implement effective treatment modalities.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and report on progress to ensure optimal care.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as billing and reporting, as needed.
- Comply with federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to patient-centered care.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
