About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and creating personalized care plans
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

About the Requirements
