The Sales and Marketing Executive will oversee and lead the sales and marketing division, aligning with our strategic marketing and business objectives. This role involves managing the sales team, refining the sales process, and executing all necessary actions to achieve successful conversions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving occupancy rates and revenue generation while representing our community at various events to boost visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement established sales methodologies and systems to perform job functions, track progress, compile data, and meet occupancy targets.
  • Promote community services and programs to potential residents and their families, aiding them in the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate all necessary activities to facilitate sales and convert inquiries into move-ins.
  • Keep management informed about the status of prospective residents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources to generate leads.
  • Enhance community visibility through participation in external events and local networking.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports to monitor progress.
  • Utilize lead management systems to optimize sales efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least two to five years of sales experience, ideally within the senior living or healthcare sectors, with a proven ability to generate and close qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, including strategies for promoting and selling services.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations affecting service delivery is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
