Job Overview

A rapidly expanding telecommunications provider is seeking a dedicated full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the invoicing process across various ERP platforms.
  • Creating and dispatching invoices and account statements.
  • Conducting account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintaining organized accounts receivable documentation.
  • Generating financial and management reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or inquiries.
  • Assisting with the processing of new revenue contracts.
  • Managing the finance department's email communications.
  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Finance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations effectively.
  • Capable of presenting financial data clearly and intuitively.
