  • Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BSW/CSW preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare industry; proficiency in EPIC and other computer systems.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Working Conditions:

Spends an average of 2.5 hours on the phone daily; average of 200 data inputs a day.
