About the Role

Certified Medical Assistants play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a Medical Assistant with Providence, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications, and performing tests under the supervision of a licensed medical provider. You will also be responsible for front desk, patient registration, insurance billing, and payment collection/cashiering.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a Certified Medical Assistant program
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Medical Assistant Certification
  • 2 years of clinical experience working as a Medical Assistant
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
