Job Summary: GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking a skilled Facilities Accreditation Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Operations Branch (FOB) Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical facilities compliance with fire safety, Statement of Conditions, and Environment of Care programs per TJC and NFPA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage pre- and post-visit communication and administrative close-out for training and consultation visits, ensuring MTF compliance with fire safety, Statement of Conditions, and Environment of Care programs.
  • Build, prepare, and organize training materials to support FAC SME presentations at training sessions or conference events.
  • Maintain and update the FAC SharePoint site.
  • Review on-site surveys (e.g., triennial TJC, Mock Survey-AAV) to build trend reports on MTF compliance with TJC Environment of Care and Life Safety standards.
  • Maintain and update LS Drawing plans for TJC standards compliance and project-related recommendations.
  • Assist in the communication for Plan of Action Memorandums (POAM) resulting from mock surveys and evidence of standards of compliance (ESC) from TJC accreditation surveys, ensuring timely follow-up and close-out actions.
  • Build mechanisms for organizing, following up, and closing out MTF questions regarding TJC standards, Life Safety Code (LSC), and other related regulatory issues.
  • Coordinate with DHA Fire Protection Engineers (FPEs) to resolve compliance-related issues in the physical environment.
  • Prepare budgetary estimates and justifications to secure program fiscal resources.
  • Collaborate with other elements to support and coordinate changes that affect other activities and develop long-range goals, objectives, plans, and schedules.
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve processes and procedures to monitor project/program efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct analyses of materials and develop recommendations for DHA FOB leadership based on findings.
  • Review the substance of reports, decisions, and other documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with DHA FOB policies.
  • Represent DHA FOB at meetings, briefings, conferences, and hearings. Speak with authority on accreditation issues and facilitate solutions with other federal agencies and non-federal entities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience in medical facilities compliance with fire safety, Statement of Conditions, and Environment of Care programs per TJC and NFPA standards, including two (2) years of technical experience with the Environment of Care.

Preferred Skills:

  • Client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, or other project management platforms.
  • Healthcare Facilities Management experience.
  • Knowledge of NFPA 99 and 101, TJC Life Safety Standards, TJC Environment of Care Standards, FGI Guidelines, and ASHRAE Standards.
  • Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP).

  • This position requires travel to MTF locations, up to 25% of the time.
