Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pharmacy operations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that our pharmacy has the necessary resources to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement medication therapy plans that promote safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of pharmacy supplies and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy work experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed.
- Active and in good standing WSDOH Pharmacist License.
