The College of New Caledonia is seeking a dedicated nursing faculty member to instruct in the Practical Nurse Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering theory, lab, and clinical-based experiences that foster student growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality instruction in nursing theory, lab, and clinical settings
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with program goals and outcomes
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education
- RN with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, with preference given to an RN with a Master's Degree (or within 60% completion)
- Provincial Instructor's Diploma
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience in recent medical, surgical, or gerontological areas in acute or community care settings
- A combination of equivalent experience and education will be considered
- Recent teaching experience
- Membership or eligibility for membership in CRNBC
