Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to join our team. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are properly stocked and displayed in stores, as well as building strong relationships with store employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelēz International in a professional and positive manner, ensuring our products are properly merchandised and displayed in stores.
  • Build strong relationships with store employees and managers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our products meet their needs.
  • Order and restock products as needed, using our proprietary ordering system to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Participate in sales and merchandising initiatives, including promotional displays and in-store events.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time; occasional bending and carrying required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
