About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Expert to join our team at Target. As an Inbound Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a seamless shopping experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandising products on our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient sorting and stocking operations
  • Stock and backstock products on the sales floor, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Manage inventory levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate stock counts
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and drive business results
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent guest service
  • Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
