Primary Responsibilities:
- Report Creation: Generate or enhance reports such as status updates, progress assessments, and milestone tracking. This task requires a thorough analysis of data sources, identification of key performance indicators, and clear presentation of information.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with program teams to establish a consistent reporting schedule that aligns with project goals and timelines. Ensure that data is delivered promptly to facilitate effective decision-making by program leaders and stakeholders.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to ascertain their reporting needs and preferences. Adjust reporting strategies to meet client expectations and deliver valuable insights tailored to their requirements.
- Dashboard Development: Create user-friendly and interactive dashboards utilizing reporting tools and software. Tailor dashboards to meet specific client reporting needs, allowing users to easily interpret and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Data Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in report generation and data analysis.
- Expertise in reporting tools and software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and client engagement.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality reports and dashboards.
