Job Description

This exciting opportunity is available at International Systems Management Corp. in Washington, DC.

We are seeking a skilled Combat Systems Engineer to join our team and provide baseline management support for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Combat System Engineering team managed by Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS 4.0).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Math or Science Discipline and at least two years of professional experience in engineering projects.

The selected individual must possess strong communication skills (oral and written), proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include executing systems engineering processes for Department of Defense (DoD) system development, testing, or delivery, and understanding and interpreting technical requirements.

Additional desired qualifications include experience coordinating requirements across organizations, familiarity with processes and databases used to develop and catalog USN Combat System requirements and specifications, and understanding of FMS program requirements, application of export controls, and knowledge of ITAR and TTSARB.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a dynamic and proactive individual, you will have the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate activities across numerous organizations, while working primarily from our Washington, DC office and traveling up to 15% of the time.

Please note that a U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance are mandatory prerequisites for this role.
