Job Summary:This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for financial center clients, providing exceptional client care, and connecting clients to specialists as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Deepen client relationships through platform services and support clients with self-service or transactional activities.
- Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow-up routines.
- Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
- Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
- Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, and be comfortable engaging all clients (in-person and by phone).
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, and handle ambiguity.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
- Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
