Job Title: Senior Banker

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for financial center clients, providing exceptional client care, and connecting clients to specialists as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deepen client relationships through platform services and support clients with self-service or transactional activities.
  • Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow-up routines.
  • Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, and be comfortable engaging all clients (in-person and by phone).
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, and handle ambiguity.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
