Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at PuroClean, you will be responsible for leading the Franchise Sales team and driving all sales and marketing initiatives. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement an annual marketing plan that promotes Franchise services and attracts a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage marketing tasks tailored to PuroClean's needs and customer requirements.
- Identify, create, and execute annual marketing objectives aligned with the operating budget.
- Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing feedback forms, conducting follow-up calls, and visiting customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Recruit, train, and coach additional sales staff as needed.
- Build brand awareness, promote the 'One Team' culture, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the community through service.
- Excellent communication skills, with a genuine interest in people and the ability to ask open-ended questions.
- Talent for identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers, creating win-win situations, and supporting the business.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
