Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Health. As a key member of our educational services team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Therapy: Conduct in-depth evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify K-12 students' unique speech and language needs. Develop and implement creative, personalized therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, social communication, and more.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Partner with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere where students can thrive. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective communication and implementation of therapy plans.
  • Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress, ensuring each individual reaches their communication goals. Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize therapy outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Eligible for or holding a Maryland SLP license. ASHA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: School-based experience is a plus, but a passion for student success and a commitment to delivering high-quality services are essential.
