Headlight is a mental health organization that offers a comprehensive approach to mental healthcare. Our team of experienced clinicians provides therapy, coaching, support groups, medication management, and self-care resources to individuals in need.

- Continuing Education and Professional Development: We provide access to CEU resources, including earned CEU days and reimbursements, to help our clinicians grow and develop in their careers.
- Work-Life Balance: Our full-time W-2 clinicians are based on 25 billed hours per week, emphasizing work-life balance, flexibility, and time for self-care.

- Establish Positive Relationships: Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic and compassionate care.
- Diagnose and Treat Mental Health Disorders: Use evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
- Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Conduct Ongoing Assessments: Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Involve and Advise Family Members: Engage with family members and provide guidance and support when necessary.
- Master's Level Degree or Higher: A graduate degree in a related field is required.
- Full, Unencumbered License: A valid, active license in a relevant field is necessary.
- 2+ Years of Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services is required.
- Ability to Work as a Team Member: Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
