Responsibilities
  • Establish Positive Relationships: Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic and compassionate care.
  • Diagnose and Treat Mental Health Disorders: Use evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
  • Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Conduct Ongoing Assessments: Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Involve and Advise Family Members: Engage with family members and provide guidance and support when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Master's Level Degree or Higher: A graduate degree in a related field is required.
  • Full, Unencumbered License: A valid, active license in a relevant field is necessary.
  • 2+ Years of Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services is required.
  • Ability to Work as a Team Member: Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
