About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Kohl's. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, following Kohl's best practices and standards.
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by ordering replenishments when necessary.
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
- Support the operations team with receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment.
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- No retail experience required, but a flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
Pay and Benefits
Pay starts at $15.25 per hour.
