About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at Mount Carmel Dublin. As a Vascular Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to evaluate the vascular system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations to diagnose and monitor vascular diseases
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure safe and effective imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered by the ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) as a RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or registered by CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) as a RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist)
  • BLS certification required
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in cardiovascular imaging preferred
